Blue Marlin and Black Marlin	Pez Vela
Dorado or Mahimahi	Wahoo
Atun Aleta Amarilla	Gallo or Roosterfish
Jurel or Jack	Macarela
Pargos(snapper)	Róbalo (snook)
Barracuda	Groupers or meros

The Sport Fishing season in the South Pacific is all year around. Our Sport Fishing is catch and release but there are some species that died after being release. That is the reason why our captains make ceviche and sashimi but also our restaurant can cook the fish as well.
